Power Levelling - Professional development in unionisation
Get power levelled by your friends, and help out too! Being a part of union means sharing the resources of all the members. Unions will run courses, have arrangements with education providers, and community knowledge sharing programs. We know that a rising tide lifts all boats, and games ship when everyone on the team is fulfilled, challenged, and learning new things. It's in all our interest to have highly skilled people in our industry, and improve the experience of working in games.
